71 Langridge Street

A new commercial building designed to suit Collingwood’s vibrant and eclectic energy.

71 Langridge Street reflects the industrial past of Collingwood. It enjoys the history of Melbourne’s oldest retail precinct, and the ingenuity of a new urban aesthetic.

The design team worked to create a space informed by a dovetail of heritage and modern architectural elements, from the building’s bespoke façade louvres to its exposed services, internal brickwork, raw concrete and designer finishes.
